BOA for BURLESQUE ADVANCED — TAMER LIKE NO OTHER
Type: technique class
Recommended for: previous boa experience is recommended, newcomers can also participate
Duration: 2 h
So you already know the classical tease, reveal and floss moves, but what about big, showstopping, wow-reacting tricks? In this class we will work with several tosses, twirls, wraps, manipulations and combinations to move and frame with the feather snake. Most of the class is done standing, but expect a little bit of floorwork in some combinations.
What to bring & wear:
-
Bring a boa or a scarf that is at least 2,5 m long. The usual 1,5 m is going to be too short, and can not be used in this class. Easy fix is to buy (cheap) boas and sew them together to form a longer boa.
Wear clothes that allow movement and are snug around your body such as leggings + top. -
Kneepads are very recommended.
