On the following page, you will find a list of my currently available burlesque workshops and classes.

Suitable for:
All workshops are structured so that anyone can participate in them. I will always adjust the class content - if it’s a hen party or burlesque performers, if participants have physical restrictions etc. All genders are welcome. Participants need to be over 18+.
Language: all classes can be taught in English or Estonian

Location:
The workshop location can be booked by the organizer or by me depending on the agreement.
The workshop space requirements:

Enough space to fit all participants (min. 2 x 1,5 m per person)

Dance classes require proper floor lehgt stuio mirrors.

Private, no third parties walking in during the class.

Sound system with AUX cable or Buetooth connection

Access to restroom within reasonable distance

WORKSHOPS LIST:

BOA & BURLESQUE BASICS — TEASE & REVEAL 101
Type: dance + technique class
Recommended for: beginners & hen parties
Duration: 1,5 h
Description: Learn the basics of burlesque teasing, hiding, and revealing with a feather boa. In this class, you will learn a handful of tricks and variations to move with the boa + a small sultry fem fatale choreography to put all the feathery techniques to use.
What to bring & wear:
-
Boa or scarf that is at least 1,7 m long

Wear clothes that allow movement, like leggings+top, bodysuit or short dress works just fine

Footwear to your liking. Indoor heels, sneakers, or just socks are equally welcome. Please make sure that your footwear is clean and do not leave marks on the floor.

BOA ADVANCED TECHNIQUE — TAMER LIKE NO OTHER
Type: technique class
Recommended for: burlesque performer looking to advance their boa tricks
Duration: 2 h
So you already know the classical tease, reveal, and floss moves, but what about big, showstopping, wow-reacting tricks and flow combination? In this class, we will work with several tosses, twirls, wraps, manipulations, and combinations to move and frame with the feather snake. Most of the class is done standing, but expect a bit of floorwork in some combinations.
What to bring & wear:
-
Bring a boa or a scarf that is at least 2,5 m long. The usual 1,5 m is going to be too short, and can not be used in this class. The easy fix is to buy two (cheap) boas and sew them together to form a longer boa.

Wear clothes that allow movement and are snug around your body such as leggings + top.

Kneepads are recommended.

Footwear to your liking. Indoor heels, sneakers, or just socks are equally welcome. Please make sure that your footwear is clean and do not leave marks on the floor.

STOCKINGS & BURLESQUE BASICS — TRICKS & STRIP
Type: dance + technique class
Recommended for: beginners
Duration: 1,5 h
How to take off the stockings in a more entertaining way than just, well.. taking them off? Learn the ways of slow stripping in the seductive burlesque way + a handful of silly moves as well. In this class, you will learn burlesque basics while learning several techniques how to peel stocking and a short choreography to combine the moves.
What to bring & wear:
-
Wear clothes that allow movement and which do not cover your thighs - something like shorts+top, bodysuit, or short dress works just fine.

Bring your own pair of nylon stockings (fishnets or socks are not suitable).

Shoes are not needed

TASSEL TWIRLING — SPINNING 'EM TATAS
Type: dance + technique class
Recommended level: beginners
Duration: 1,5 h
Silly, sexy, and a whole lot of fun! In this class, you will learn how to choose pasties/tassels for your body type, how to attach the tassels to your chest the correct way, and how to twirl them in several fun ways. All chest sizes are welcome!
Note:

Tassels will be placed on your bare chest in this class.
What to bring & wear:
-
Wear clothes that allow movement and reveal your top half - like leggings, shorts or a skirt.

Tassels will be provided by the teacher or bring your own

ASSEL TWIRLING — BOOTY SHAKE BUT MAKE IT FUN
Type: dance + technique class
Recommended level: beginners
Duration: 1,5 h
If you want to turn up the heat, let's stick the spinners to your bums. In this class, you will learn how to attach the assels to your behind in the correct way, 10 different fun and creative ways to spin your assels + an up-beat choreography to combine all these moves into a sequence.
Note:

Assels will be placed on your buttox for this class.

This class involves floorwork.

What to bring & wear:

Top + pants that expose your buttcheeks, like thongs, short-shorts or a playsuit

Dancer fishnets are recommended

Knee pads are a must

This class can be taken barefoot, in sneakers, or low-medium heels. Socks or platforms are not suitable. Please make sure that your footwear is clean and do not leave marks on the floor.

Assels and adhesives are provided by the instructor. You are also welcome to bring your own.

MOVEMENT DEVELOPMENT — SIZE MATTERS
Type: theory + technique class
Recommended level: performers of all levels (newcomers & experienced alike)
Duration: 1,5 h
Nobody likes a dry act, so how do you spice it up? How to make your small moves zingy and your big moves look grand? In this workshop we will work through a toolset to first explore and analyze different sized moves, how to make a move seem bigger or smaller, how they carry emotion and work through a small choreography combo to see how our toolset can change the outcome.
This class is not burlesque specific. The techniques can be used for any type of performance.
What to bring & wear:

New FACIAL EXPRESSIONS — COMMUNICATION IS SEXY
Type: theory + technique class
Recommended level: performers of all levels (newcomers & experienced alike)
Duration: 90 min
Your face is your money maker. Doesn't matter if you are a glamorous showgirl or a comedy queen, connection with the audience is what will make them remember you. In this class we will use different tools to build emotion through face and body + work on that eye contact that reaches the back rows as well.
This class is not burlesque specific. The techniques can be used for any type of performance.
What to bring & wear:

PRIVATE COACHING CLASS — LET’S FOCUS ON YOU

Recommended level: anyone
Duration: 1 h or 1,5 h

About me as a teacher:
I’ve taught burlesque workshops to hen pirates as well as performers since 2013, instructed over 5 years of regular classes at dance studios, and have organized and coached burlesque summer camps in Estonia for 5 years.

I strive to make my classes educational and really fun at the same time.
It is important that students feel safe, included, and inspired.
In each class, we practice the core principles of self-respect, consent, creativity, and self-expression.
